Add Support for Generate From Dropdown for CompanyV2

What's new?

Generate From Dropdown functionality is now available for Company V2 custom fields. When this option is enabled, custom company dropdown fields will display historic values from all Private Labels. Dropdown values will automatically sync during Initial, Main, and Resync processes.

Support for standard dropdown fields (billingFrequency, departmentId, ownership, status, and workWeekStart) will be available in an upcoming release.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement removes migration blockers by ensuring customers can move to Company V2 without losing access to dropdown values from multiple private labels. Users can continue to search and filter using values that no longer appear in active field mappings, ensuring full access to historic data. The expanded range of dropdown values also creates more opportunities for building lists and automations.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied for customers who have the Generate From Dropdown functionality enabled. If you would like to enable Generate From Dropdown, please contact Bullhorn Support.
